Privacy Notice

Rumba the Numba

1. Information collected

We may collect your first name, email address, featured country, adult confirmation, acceptance of terms, optional marketing consent, Arcade name and score information, and limited technical security information such as a one-way IP-derived hash and user-agent data.

2. Why information is used

Information is used to create and administer allocations, provide certificates and verification, operate Rumba Dash and community features, prevent abuse, send transactional emails, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

3. Public information

Your first name, allocated number, featured country, allocation method and approximate claim time may be public. Arcade names and scores are public only where public-display consent is selected. Your email address and technical security information are not displayed publicly.

4. Marketing

Marketing is optional. Transactional messages about your allocation may still be sent. You may withdraw marketing consent by contacting us.

5. Security and retention

We use access controls, secure sessions, encryption in transit, rate limiting, database constraints and security logging. Records are retained only as reasonably required for the platform purpose, security, dispute handling and legal obligations, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional marketing consent, or ask questions about public display. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or verification purposes.

7. Cookies

Essential session cookies are used for security, registration, administration and Arcade operation. They are not intended for cross-site advertising.

8. Contact

Privacy requests may be sent to info@namenumba.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
